Let’s get something straight, recently I traded North Springs Resources Corp. (OTCBB:NSRS) and made good money on it. (See trade)

Shortly thereafter I wrote about NSRS stock here and again here. In the second article I suggested NSRS stock would go parabolic (Supernova) before crashing which is exactly what happened about a week later when it opened at $.90 and fell more than 50% to $.42 the same day.

Yes I was off by a week, yes it bounced and yes it’s going Supernova again but the bottom line is that the NSRS stock is poised to crash soon and my guess is that it could be this week.

Here’s how I know NSRS stock is about to CRASH!!!

1. North Springs Resources Corp. (OTCBB:NSRS) is a stock promotion which means when the advertising stops, the bids disappear, so far pretty straight forward.

2. The pump and dump started on Tuesday December 27th, 2011 and in the legal disclaimer from the promoters they disclose being compensated $600,000 for a 1 month profile advertisement on NSRS stock. Image #1 below taken from the PennyPic email. Given that today’s Tuesday February 7th, 2012 I’d say you’d be smart to be watching close for the crash just like their last promotion Raystream Inc. (OTCBB:RAYS). Don’t believe me? Well here’s a report I did on their last stock promotion RAYS and to be clear, they said RAYS might be the next LEXG too laugh out loud. RAYS chart look familiar to NSRS? Scary stuff right, especially if you didn’t know these details I’m teaching you. See image #1

3. OTCMarkets.com has now flagged NSRS with the dreaded skull and crossbones listing which says and I quote: “Buyer Beware: There is a public interest concern associated with the company, which may include a spam campaign, questionable stock promotion, known investigation of fraudulent activity committed by the company or insiders, regulatory suspensions, or disruptive corporate actions.” See image #2

4. Technically NSRS stock is extremely overbought and even if technical analysis doesn’t apply to pump and dumps like NSRS, it’s saturated with greedy buyers hoping for the next LEXG when odds are all they’ll get is a dump like RAYS or ever worse, AMWI. Here’s my video of AMWI dumping on the market live (Takes 30 seconds to load, big file) and trust me, it’s gut wrenching lose your savings and the house material. See image #3

In summary, if you play with fire you’re going to get burned. Stocks like these are for skilled traders only and not investors. NSRS stock might not dump this week, but when it dumps they’ll be very few bidders and a lot of sad bag holders. Again, want to believe there’s a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow, check their last pick RAYS below. See image #4

Monday night I put out this video watch list to my free subscribers as an example of what I do for BondPremium and BondElite every morning around 7am EST. At the end of the video I told everyone TAT was my favorite and Michael apparently took the initiative to act on that. The rest is history and I couldn’t be more happy.

Aloha Jason,

Came back from work and found that I made some money on TAT. I have never subscribed to a newsletter. However, your website is impressive. I like being able to place a trade, go to work, and come back home to see the results.

I am going to try your premium service for 1 month. If all goes well with my being able to trade and go to work, I will add on a year. I will officially subscribe in about 30 minutes.

Thanks!

Michael

Subject: Swing Trading

Mr. Bond,

I’ve been watching your website for a couple of weeks now, and am impressed with what you do. I’m brand new to trading, and have been reading a lot on swing trading. I’m considering subscribing to your news letter, but I have a few questions for you.

1. Why do you have this service ? What I mean is; that while I’m sure providing this service is lucrative, you make a lot of money in your trading already. I’m curious as to why you would bother.

2. I want to learn to swing trade on my own, and am more than willing to put in the work to learn. Will you explain to me in detail, if I am a member of your service, how and why you are picking securities ?

3. How do you find the time to answer all the emails you must receive, plus do all the work it takes to be a succesful trader ?

Thank you,

Kevin

And my answers…

Hi Kevin,

Thank you for saying so.

1. I believe I’m an excellent teacher, taught for 10 years in public education and left to teach on Wall Street instead… the only thing that’s changed is how much I get paid for doing good work and leading by example.

2. I’ll teach you how and why, but the teaching comes in the BondPremium to BondElite packages. I just finished a 1-hour webinar with my BondElite subscribers.

3. I support GMCR stock by running my Keurig at 11pm haha. Hard work Kevin, that’s all. But also consider, my strategy works and is very, very basic. I don’t complicate things so I’m simply teaching the same thing over and over finding better ways to get my message across to multiple intelligence’s.

Cheers,

Jason

Introducing BondDayTrades

Limited enrollment – 50 clients

As you well know by now, my successful swing trade strategy is designed to try and generate 5-10% profits on 3 simple trades each week anyone can follow. Part of this swing trade strategy includes watching about 100 small caps from 8 a.m. – 8 p.m. EST daily and during that time I see a myriad of intraday “scalping” plays that would be perfect for a day trade room.

My expertise in swing trading also carries over to day trading. Not only am I quick to process market and company news, but I can also quickly analyze a daily chart followed by a 1 minute and 1 day chart to predict what a stock might do in the next hour.

I’m already up $70,000 in 10 months or 34% on my swing trades from the trading account used for this service, but many of the ideas I have I don’t act on since they aren’t ideal for most users of my current newsletter.

For the 10% of my members that are following me actively in the chat room each day, you already know the explosive potential many of my trades have during the day. If you are looking for quick, easy scalps during the day some of these can be perfect – but they aren’t for everyone.

So, starting Friday you will not see any more picks from my current newsletter that are daytrades. Those will be set aside in the new service.

Again, I know this new service applies to only about 10% of my current members, but they are the most active ones out there and I know you really want many more trading ideas every day.

People who follow me now know I have a knack for picking stocks that have quick upside potential, now I’m simply giving us a platform to do it on 3-5 times a day. This won’t be mega caps or ETFs usually, instead it will be liquid low priced plays that can move intraday.

BondDayTrades is…

Perfect for greedy, trigger happy traders who need profitable intraday ideas

3-5 momentum day trades per DAY

Chat based only (No text or email)

Goal is to be in all cash by end of trading day – everyday!

The perfect complement for my swing trade alerts

Cost: $1,997 yearly (No monthly)

Discounts…

30% off for existing ANNUAL swing trade clients

15% off for existing MONTHLY swing trade clients

Limited enrollment – 50 clients first come first serve

A waiting list will be established after

Open enrollment will be offered to my existing swing trade clients first. I will notify existing clients 24 hours before enrollment is open. 6 hours after enrollment is open I will notify my free list.

We’re expecting enrollment to start Thursday and begin service on Friday.

Sincerely,

Jason Bond

In the chapter titled “Don’t be a little bitch,” Cardone discusses how the middle class has been dependent on the government for too long and it’s all because they remember the prosperity of that “artificial” economy, when the government made it easier to get loans, open businesses and make money. But that synthetic economy isn’t a safe place anymore.

“The government can no longer take care of its people and it’s irresponsible to think they can and criminal of anyone to suggest that they can. It’s impossible,” Cardone told us in an interview. In other words, don’t rely on Social Security, Medicare or the food stamp program because “everybody knows that that stuff doesn’t work.”

For the past 25 years, the concept of the middle class was built on doing enough, working enough and saving enough, but the collapse of Lehman Brothers in 2008 proved that enough wasn’t enough.

“I realized [after the collapse] I was susceptible to the economy because I was too dependent on the government and the larger economy for my survival and that’s not a good place to be.”

Since Lehman, Cardone has written four books and his latest one explains that most people operate within three levels of actions, but if they ever want to reach their goals, it’s the fourth level they need to pursue.

Here are the four levels of action:

1. There’s no action. Most people just don’t do anything at all.

2. People actually go backwards. They’re trying to avoid some failure so they just don’t try. They’re in retreat mode.

3. Average levels of action. This is where most people stay, yet it’s the most dangerous level because it creates a sense for those in it that they’re actually doing something when the truth is, they’re doing nothing for the market.

4. 10X action. The purpose of the fourth level is to get attention, then criticism, then haters and then, hopefully, admiration. If you don’t have any haters, you won’t be successful.

“This [economy] is for real people, real products and real actions, so don’t be a little bitch. Don’t scream and cry and moan and make excuses. It doesn’t change anything. It’s a waste of energy. We’re in a kill what you eat economy now. If you don’t kill it, you’re probably not going to eat it.”

When a company like FLOW has great earnings and moves up over $1 per share and then holds the high end of that range for about 2 months it’s definitely a chart I’m willing to bet on.

I’m putting this out to you as an example of my work. I have 10,000 shares at $3.67 and am looking for a break of $3.88 to signal a move into the mid $4′s swing to long.

Many of you write in asking for an idea or proof of my work before it happens, so keep an eye on FLOW. The last time I put out a free idea was on JVA a while back and that did more than deliver.

Remember, my last 20 trades were winners and equated to over $28,000 in profits this month alone.

On the 9th of January I alerted my first 2,000 share entry on LGF long around $8.45. I added 2,000 shares to my position the next day around $8.80 during the technical breakout. This trade was labeled a long term position on the account of The Hunger Games movie in March. My plan the whole time was to hold through all the ups and downs. Then in a stroke of genius, on Tuesday January 24th I had a gut feeling the market was going to pull back so I sold my position at $9.31 for a legitimate 7.45% profit or $2,556… great right!?

Well not so fast! Immediately after selling the stock took off, gaped up to $10 and today hit $11.28. That’s literally less than 2 days later and about $10,000 in profits on the table because I had a hunch the market was overbought haha. At the moment of selling, I figured I’d lock in a nice profit and just buy back at $9 support a few days later #fail!!! This is painful to write about but a good lesson for all of us… if you find a great catalyst with a strong technical pattern then just stick with your game plan. The Hunger Games movie launch in March was one of the best catalysts I’ve found in a long, long time… so it’s very frustrating that I let broke my plan so easily. That my friend is how $2,556 in profit feels like a $10,000 loss.

Jason

Your welcome for saying I trust you, you should give yourself a pat on the back you earned my trust. Not just because I have made money from my membership, it’s also because of how you handle your business.

Here’s one example: when we need a stock to get a little push and some of the members in chat ask you to alert it in the free chat room so the stock will take off and you tell them, “No way that is just like pumping.” Also you tell them, “That’s not the honest way to do things and the stock will go up on its own.” Nobody would know but your paid members, if you did that and I’m sure a lot of your members would be ok with it because that would make them money. But I agree with you it’s not honest and if I have to take a loss that’s ok. I’d rather take a loss and still have my dignity rather than make money and toss my integrity out the window.

I have had a lot of work refereed to me from being honest and I have no doubt you will too. I know a lot of people who invest in a lot of different investments, but they are afraid of stocks because they don’t understand how to trade them. But they trust me, I have talked to some of them about you and they are going to watch how I do over the next couple months before they will sign up. That’s one of the reasons I want to learn as much as possible in a short period of time so I can also show them what I have learned from you, not just how much money I have made from mirroring your trades.

I’m not referring people for the money to refer someone either I am doing it for a couple reasons, one is to help my friends make more money. The other reason is because you deserve the referrals, you work your butt off for your members and to build your business. I can appreciate how hard it is and how much time it takes to build a business, because I have built and developed several different businesses of my own as well.

I will bust my butt to get referrals for you, because I didn’t know what I was going to do to provide for my family after my recent back injury. You have given me a way I can still provide for my family and a new business opportunity; this will allow my body to heal properly, something I was not able to do in the construction industry. So as my kids get older I will still be able to be able to participate in the physical activities they like to do and not have to sit on the sidelines in pain and watch.

Another reason is I’m not the kind of person ok waiting around and waiting for someone to tell me what to do and when to do it, I want to learn all the reasons why you decide to buy a stock, how to decided to buy that stock and when to buy it. So I understand it and if I want to trade a stock with less volume than you can trade with all your members I can without guessing.

That’s one of the reasons why I have been self employed for 20 years, is because I enjoy the mental reward of learning anything new and the feeling of satisfaction I get from accomplishing it.

When I can start picking stocks as well as the guys in chat I will be more than happy to share with your other members in chat like they do.

Anyway you’re a stud for being as honest as you are and how willing you are to teach what you know.

Thanks for all you do!

Jared
