With the major indices setting up above resistance recently, I expect some consolidation here before the next bull run and am eying up some solid small caps that could deliver in the short term. If good news comes out of Europe, you can bet I’ll start to act on some or all of these ideas. Most of these have…

Sirius XM Radio (NASDAQ:SIRI) recently improved guidance. Earnings are scheduled for November 3rd, same as Glu Mobile (NASDAQ:GLUU), a swing trade of ours right now. I think we see a very nice move on SIRI prior to those earnings so I’m watching close for the best possible entry after this recent bull move.

The markets and therefore stocks are at a pivot point. We’re either looking at a break of the channel we’ve been in since August or a pullback. Good earnings out of Google might be the catalyst we need to send this market into an uptrend again, especially with Apple and Baidu set to report Wednesday and Friday next week….

I don’t marry stocks, period. I’m a day trader and that means gaming stocks for profits no different than a card shark gaming tourists in Vegas. That said, some of these stocks below I know very well and like long in a bull market while others are simply great chart plays. I’ll have my short list out soon, but…

When scalping, day trading or even swing trading, it’s normal to get comfortable with a few tickers and game them over and over when the opportunity is there. So out of curiosity I just sorted through all my trades since I started this service in March and surprisingly there are 4 stocks I have never lost on. My criteria,…

Resting comfortably with 6 swing trades currently open with a goal of starting to take some profits today should they turn green for me. Most entries seems to have been at or near support so I’d expect all of them to end up being some sort of positive gain.
COOL and QPSA have turned out to be the strongest so…

4 open swing trades heading into today’s session and with futures up, these trades should do well today.
SIRI at $1.685 on Friday might have been a bit aggressive, being that my target entry was $1.65… however it’s recent trading action led me to believe it wouldn’t revisit $1.65 again. Look like I’ll be up about $550 at the open….

I’ve been up as much as $50,000 since I’ve started trading along with my subscribers this past March.
Tonight I’m breaking down my moves so we can make more money moving forward.
We’ll go over these winners and the losers Thursday night at our 9pm EST webinar in chat.
Here are…

Majesco Entertainment (COOL) turned today off a recent earnings drop last week. Friday’s price reached a low of $2.04 but COOL closed strong and today shares continued up. We nailed the runup on COOL into their earnings selling for profit and again today when I alerted my buy at $2.26. It might be a little premature to swing COOL,…

Of the three types of trades I make regularly; scalp, day and swing, swing trading across several days is my favorite. The process can be as complicated as you make but I think it’s fairly easy. There are usually some really sweet trades to be had if you’re doing your homework daily, or letting me do it for you.
Recently…

Really nice win on STM yesterday, and while I’d have liked to hold it long term…I’ll take the win and pick STM up again if it dips. My short call on CWTR didn’t fair as well and because I don’t like holding shorts overnight I closed it for a loss. I think CWTR is due for a correction, so…

Scalped a few stocks for small wins in chat today while dealing with some failed swing trades.
EVGI for starters just never worked out and is a good lesson for me and for all actually. Had hoped EVGI would be BestDamn’s pump this morning and it wasn’t. So with 15k shares at $.80, I decided that $.70 was a loss…
